Opening of the German Restaurant "La Selva Negra"
February the 1st 2008, from 07:30 pm, the new German restaurant "La Selva Negra" ("Black Forest") will open doors in the former Restaurante Nico's in Los Gallos. The new owners created a cosy ambience and will surprise their guests with new, as well as 'good old favourite' dishes in typically German tradition, warmly welcoming old and new clients. Health Food Algaia has widened
Suzanna and Luis Miguel offer in their shop over 1000 Biological Products, including Weleda, vegetables and bread from the German baker. The shop also invites to stay for a coffee or a tea - which of course also comes from organic cultivation. Furthermore in the future they offer relaxation and meditation courses. To find the shop coming from La Barrosa you have to turn left one roundabout before the bullring/direction Vipren.

New multilingual dentist in Novo Sancti Petri
In the Tartessus-Center in Novo Sancti Petri, a few weeks ago, a new dental practice opened. The young, English-speaking dentist Anglada Ana Pena, supervises their patients in light practice rooms with the latest equipment. Besides the pain treatment she also offers cosmetic dental treatment. The first checkup is free.

Spanish course for residents
The City council has organized a Spanish course for English and German residents. This course will run from the19th of February to the 3rd of May 2007 ,with two different levels available (basic and advanced) and it will be held at the Fuentemar Hotel. The application forms to join the course are available at the Municipal Office of Tourism and the Fuentemar Hotel School. The completed application form, together with a photocopy of the DNI, NIF or Passport and a certificate of the registration office, should then be handed over at the reception of the Fuentemar Hotel School.
